The 1930’s. The Depression.
Bootlegging. Two rival gangs decide to settle a dispute by electing
one member from each side to go head-to-head in a game of Russian
roulette. No law, no big fights – just a simple game to settle it
all. Of course, the situation turns out to be anything but simple
and conflict is inevitable. Based upon Evan Hunter’s classic short
story of the same name, The Last Spin marks Corridor Productions
latest effort. Check back soon for updates and footage.

Having
just split with her husband of 10 years, Karen and her daughter
Rebecca have bought a home in a picturesque little country town, in
hopes of starting over. The people are warm and welcoming, and the
old farmhouse is nice and affordable. But before long, Karen and
Rebecca begin to experience troubling disturbances; noises in the
walls wake them from sleep, while Rebecca keeps insisting there is
an animal in the walls with “red eyes.” The disconcerting truth
begins to overwhelm Karen… something wicked is afoot. Watcher
tells the classic “monster in the closet” story with a twist – the
horrifying ending will be sure to shock you. Click the link for the

The Old West, late 1800’s, Elizabeth has just been thrown from her
horse. Injured and disoriented she wanders into a deserted town
where she passes out from exhaustion. She awakens to find herself
amongst a small group of people. Together they soon realize that
they aren’t alone and this is no ordinary town. When the sun goes
down they must confront a dark force and the ghosts of their sinful
pasts. Has fate led them here? Combining elements of the western
with suspense and gothic horror, Dead West is a journey into
darkness that must be experienced. The film was shot on location at
the Johnson Canyon movie set, now an actual Ghost Town in Southern
Utah. Click the link for the trailer. |

Every filmmaker needs
to tell their version of the “hitman” story, Terminal is ours.
Written by my oldest brother David, with music by my middle brother,
Michael, Terminal was a fantastic collaborative experience – an
experience we all shared again the next year on Dead West. Terminal
will always hold a special place in my heart. Special note should be
taken for Jan Knightley, who turned in an amazing performance as the
hitman. I used Jan again the next year as the Preacher in Dead West.

My
first collaboration with Director of Photography Bernard Evans (who
has shot every film of ours since), Lucid Days was an
experiment with non-linear narrative story telling. I had just seen
Momento and wanted to tell a flashback-heavy story. The story
finds an intern for a major corporation witnessing a murder after
work, and falling victim to severe paranoia. Although the finished
product was rough, it did pick up “Best Student Film” awards at the
Hampton’s International Film Festival as well as the Ojai
International Film Festival. |

Insanity
was one of my
first short films. I wanted to make a thriller al la Psycho
in black and white, in which I could experiment with mood and
tension. The finished piece was a mild success, and helped me meet a
whole new group of collaborators. |
